1. Processing Times (Tiempos de Procesamiento)



Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or product launches), processing time may extend to 2–4 business days.


We’ll always do our best to get your order out ASAP — we don’t play with people’s shipments.





2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (Costos y Tiempos de Envío)



Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.


Domestic (USA):


  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days



International:


  • Standard International: 7–21 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs and the destination country.






3. Order Tracking (Rastreo de Ordenes)



Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.





4. Shipping Address Errors (Errores en la Dirección de Envío)



Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is shipped to the wrong address due to an error at checkout, we cannot replace or refund the order.


If you catch the mistake quickly, contact us immediately and we’ll try our best to fix it before it ships.





5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages (Paquetes Perdidos, Robados o Retrasados)



Once an order is marked as Delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is delayed or missing in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly and provide your tracking number.


If you need help, contact us and we’ll guide you — but carrier investigations must be done by the customer.





6. International Duties & Taxes (Impuestos y Tarifas Internacionales)



International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties.

These charges are not included in your purchase and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.





7. Shipping Restrictions (Restricciones de Envío)



Some products may not be eligible for international shipping due to local regulations.

If your order cannot be shipped, we’ll notify you and issue a refund.
